2 Hour Buns

IMG_0280 Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 c warm water
  • 1/4 c white sugar
  • 2 Tablespoon and 2 teaspoon oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • one large egg
  • 3 Tablespoons gluten
  • 2c whole wheat flour
  • 1 c all purpose flour
  • 1 c mixed ground flax, wheat bran, wheat germ
  • 1 Tablespoon yeast

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients in the order listed above in your bread maker.
  2. Select the dough setting on your bread maker.
  3. When the bread maker signal goes off punch down the dough and on a floured work surface shape the dough into buns.
  4. Grease a cookie sheet and preheat oven to 350.  Bake buns for 15-20 min or until golden.
