- 1 1/2 c warm water
- 1/4 c white sugar
- 2 Tablespoon and 2 teaspoon oil
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- one large egg
- 3 Tablespoons gluten
- 2c whole wheat flour
- 1 c all purpose flour
- 1 c mixed ground flax, wheat bran, wheat germ
- 1 Tablespoon yeast
Directions:
- Put all ingredients in the order listed above in your bread maker.
- Select the dough setting on your bread maker.
- When the bread maker signal goes off punch down the dough and on a floured work surface shape the dough into buns.
- Grease a cookie sheet and preheat oven to 350. Bake buns for 15-20 min or until golden.
